Consultation & Production Planning
Initial Consultation and Booking: Let’s discuss your vision, schedule, locations, and special requests. Finalize the booking with a contract detailing services, costs, and timelines.
Site Scouting and Planning: Visit the venue to plan shooting locations and understand lighting. Develop a shot list based on the couple’s input and standard wedding moments.

Production (Wedding Day)
Setup and Coordination: Arrive early to set up equipment and test everything to avoid technical issues. Coordinate with the wedding planner, photographer, and other vendors to ensure smooth operation without disruptions.
Capturing Footage: Film pre-ceremony preparations, capturing candid moments with the couple, bridal party, and family. Record the ceremony, focusing on key moments like the vows, ring exchange, and kiss. Cover the reception, including speeches, dances, cake cutting, and guest interactions.

Post Production Editing
Editing and Creative Storytelling: Transfer and organize footage, selecting the best clips. Sync audio and video for quality. Create a rough cut with essential moments and narrative flow. Refine with transitions, color correction, and effects. Add background music, voiceovers, and special elements to personalize the video.
Client Review and Revisions: Lastly, I will share the initial draft with you. Make necessary revisions based on your input to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product. Export the final video with a highlight reel or teaser for sharing on social media if included in the package. There you have it, a timeless video of your wedding to cherish forever.
